Nutrition scheme
After the 1st week of calf life colostrum/milk from cows after calving is gradually replaced by mixing of colos-trum/milk (M) with whole milk replacer Biomilk-16 Standard.

In 2 week of feeding (10-11 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 2-2,5 L of M and 100 g Biomilk-16 Standard.
In 2 week of feeding (12-13 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 2-2,5 L of M and 150 g Biomilk-16 Standard.
In 2-3 weeks of feeding (14-15 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 2-2,5 L of M and 200 g Biomilk-16 Standard.

Biomilk-16 Standard and water ratio – 1:7 or 125 g of dry product in 1 L of the reconstituted whole milk replacer

In 3-4 weeks of feeding (15-28 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 2,5 L of Biomilk-16 Standard
In 5-7 weeks of feeding (29-49 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 3 L of Biomilk-16 Standard.
In 8-9 weeks of feeding (50-63 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 3,5 L of Biomilk-16 Standard.
In 10 week of feeding (64-70 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 2,5 L of Biomilk-16 Standard.
In 11 week of feeding (71-77 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 1,5 L of Biomilk-16 Standard.
In 12 week of feeding (78-90 days) calf needs to be fed 2 times a day by 1 L of Biomilk-16 Standard.

Quality control of used water is obligatory!

High quality concentrate is compulsory to be in the calf diet in the period of Biomilk-16 Standard feeding. Free access to water must be provided but not earlier than 1,5 hour after feeding with milk replacer.

Preparation for feeding:
Prepare 2/3 of warm drinking water (55-60С) of the required quantity.
Add Biomilk-16 Standard, stirring till complete dissolution of milk replacer.
Add 1/3 of cold drinking water. As a result the homogeneous mixture with the temperature not less than 38С is obtained.
Biomilk-16 Standard is fed right after preparation at the temperature 38-40С.

Biomilk-16 Standard preparation in automatic calf feeders is carried out according to the calf feeder manufacturer instruction.
