About Us: Forma Project is Dubai's first Roll Shaper Wellness Studio, offering an innovative approach to fitness and wellness. We are opening at the end of June.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a young, energetic fitness instructor to run our group classes and personal sessions. You should have experience as a coach/fitness instructor/pilates trainer/yoga trainer or any other relative experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
Conduct group fitness classes (Roll Shaper sessions combined with, stretching, fitness etc.)
Lead private training sessions.
Provide personalized fitness guidance and support to clients.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and engagement.
Promote and sell studio memberships and packages.
Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the studio.
Keep accurate records of client progress and session details.
Requirements:
Vast experience in communication and sales, with a focus on customer service.
Energetic, charming personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional experience as a trainer in Pilates, Yoga, dance, stretching, or other fitness disciplines.
Pleasant appearance and excellent command of English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to create a motivating and positive environment for clients.
