Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Broker at New Concept Properties in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Broker, you will be responsible for customer brokerage, sales, and real estate. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, provide guidance and support throughout the process, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
Agents with Broker Dubai Land Department (DLD) registered cards on a commission basis
Minimum 3+ years experience in UAE off-plan sales and secondary
Must have a drivers license
Strong knowledge of the real estate market in the UAE
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and organization
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Fluency in English other languages are a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field
