إنتاجنا هو مصنع لإنتاج البولي كربونات الخلوية والمتجانسة ، ومقره في جمهورية بيلاروسيا ، والتي احتلت من عام 2011 إلى الوقت الحاضر مناصب رئيسية في إنتاج وبيع البولي الخلوي في رابطة الدول المستقلة والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وكندا وأوروبا.
يتيح لنا الإنتاج الخاص بنا التحكم في جميع مراحل إنتاج البولي كربونات: من جودة المواد الخام المستخدمة إلى تقنية تطبيق طلاء واق من الأشعة فوق البنفسجية. تسمح خطوط الإنتاج بإنتاج صفائح بسمك 3 مم إلى 25 مم وعرض 2100/1050 مم وطول أقصى يصل إلى 12000 مم.
تبلغ الطاقة الإنتاجية الإجمالية حوالي 600 طن شهريًا. تخضع جميع صفائح البولي كربونات لمراقبة الجودة أثناء وبعد انتهاء عملية الإنتاج.

نحن ننتج البولي كربونات فقط من مواد خام عذراء 100٪.
موردينا للمواد الخام للبوليمر هم رواد العالم ، سابك (المملكة العربية السعودية) وكوفسترو (ألمانيا).
نحن نعمل حصريًا على المعدات الإيطالية من OMIPA S. p. أ.

يمكننا إنتاج منتجات قياسية وغير قياسية ، تشتمل لوحة الألوان لدينا على 11 لونًا.

Our production is a plant for the production of cellular and monolithic polycarbonate, based in the Republic of Belarus, which from 2011 to the present time has occupied key positions in the production and sale of cellular polycarbonate in the CIS, USA, Canada and Europe.
Our own production allows us to control all stages of polycarbonate production: from the quality of the raw materials used to the technique of applying a protective UV coating. The production lines allow the production of sheets with a thickness of 3mm to 25mm, a width of 2100 / 1050mm and a maximum length of up to 12000mm.
The total production capacity is about 600 tons per month. All polycarbonate sheets undergo quality control both during and after the end of the production process.

We only produce polycarbonate from 100% virgin raw materials.
Our suppliers of polymer raw materials are world leaders, SABIC (Saudi Arabia) and COVESTRO (Germany).
We work exclusively on Italian equipment from OMIPA S. p. a.

We can produce standard and non-standard products, our palette includes 11 colors.
Transparent and colored polycarbonate is produced in several serial sizes.
If necessary, we are ready to adapt the size of the polycarbonate sheets to your order.

Manufacturer's warranty for polycarbonate up to 14 years. All sheets have a UV protective layer,
which is applied by coextrusion, due to this, the sheets retain their characteristics throughout the entire service life.

The certified product meets all quality standards and is CE certified.
The quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015.
