Mobile concrete plant Sumab K-40 (40 m3/hour) Sweden

The Sumab K 40 mobile concrete plant is designed to produce high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures at a capacity of up to 40 m³ per hour.

The plant's exact performance depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates, cement, and chemical additives used in production.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system. A modern Siemens computer system allows for the production of 100 concrete formulas and grades.

It is possible to print out each finished batch in kilograms and the percentage of aggregates or cement during concrete mixing.

The basic plant configuration includes the following components:

1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, with a capacity of 40 m³ per hour.

Mounted on a container frame.

2. 4* 2.4 m³ aggregate bins

3. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the planetary mixer.
Dosing accuracy +/- 100 g. Siemens, Germany.

4. Conveyor for feeding aggregates from bins to the mixer, including a 4.5 kW electric motor. Located under the bins.

5. Pan mixer, 1500/1000 liters, coated with a 12 mm layer of special wear-resistant Hardox steel.

5 quick-release paddles with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening ready-mix concrete feed flap.

6. Galvanized water tank, 250 liters, with a built-in Danfoss pump and water feeder.

7. Mobile concrete plant control panel.

Manual control keyboard.

Light-touch screen for Siemens PC automatic plant control.

100 concrete grades with the ability to change the grade before each batch. Printer with ready-mixed concrete mix output in kg and %.
Performance data per batch, hour, shift, and month.

8. Chemical additive pump with hose, automatically controlled by a PC.

9. High-pressure compressor (160 BAR) for cleaning the concrete plant.

10. Air compressor (10 BAR).

Additional Options:

Cement feed auger – 220 mm diameter, 4.5 meters long. 5.5 kW electric motor. Built-in cement dosing sensors.

Cement silo (60-200 tons) including filter, ladder, max-min levels, safety grate, and cement feed pipe.

Conveyor for ready-mixed concrete from the mixer. Length: 12 m, width: 1000 mm.
