Preschool teacher in Abu Dhabi

I started my career as a preschool teacher assistant, where my role was to aid the teacher in the care of the kids from 3 to 4 years old.
After 2 months in the assistance role, I have gathered enough experience to qualify for a teaching position, and after completing a special training class, I have got employed as a teacher.
During 3 years in this role, I taught and mentored a group of 25 kids: starting when they were 3 y.o, and leaving the job when they were 6 years old.
Responsibilities:
-care, guardianship, and safety assurance inside and during walks outside.
-develop and organize: group games, communication, art and science activities, and exercises.
-organize and host events on holidays and celebrations.
-help kids socialize with each other in a friendly and inclusive manner.
-keep keen attention to kids' health and well-being; providing first aid in critical events.
-host teacher-parent seminars and consultations, to aid parents in parenting decisions, resolve conflicts, and develop a joint approach to education, ensuring comfort and productive development of each individual child.
-compile a bi-annual survey of child development: quantifying math, language, speech, art, and life safety skills.
Achievements:
-the bi-annual survey has shown that my group either meets or exceeds expectations each time.
-due to constant self-development and high participation, I have received high praise from the management, getting my second qualification category faster than most of my other colleagues in the industry.
-at this job I have found my true calling and had a great deal of personal development, coming from the work with my exceptional children.

As a private tutor, I taught Russian, English languages and Russian Literature to kids of different age groups, ranging from preschoolers to high-school students.
Responsibilities:
-support for kids who are behind in their school program
-extracurricular education aiming for deeper subject knowledge
-preparation for state exams
Achievements:
-all of my students have passed their exams with good grades
-my students got more confident in their knowledge and abilities by the end of my course and became less anxious about their language classes

During holidays, I worked at several summer camps, in 2-3 week periods.
The goal of the kids retreats we organized was personal development, education, and socialization of the children in a non-formal countryside environment.
Across 4 years of seasonal practice, I have worked with groups of 20-30 kids, ranging from 7 to 16 years of age.
Responsibilities:
-develop a sense of unity in the group, establish discipline, organize teamwork through group activities and games.
-ensure comfortable retreat experience in a friendly and encouraging environment, help in building long-lasting emotional connections among the kids.
-develop and then organize games and other group activities.
-direct group art and scenic performances, helping kids unleash their creative potential, and overcome their public speaking anxiety.
-mentor trainee teachers, ease their integration into the camp day-to-day life and education practices.

Achievements:
-greatly increased my conflict management skills, having adolescent students.
-got very favorable feedback about my language lessons, which, students claimed, were very enjoyable to them. Additionally, the quality of education in my classes was always high, as measured by the end-of-term student testing.

At my first job, I used to work as a retail sales manager at a local mall. Among my responsibilities were:
-maintaining and developing product knowledge, consulting customers
-preparing the store merchandise for the business day
-maintaining the order at the workplace
-accounting in the store ERP system

Bagatitca is Russian team, where were folk Russian songs and dancing. I worked here as a waiter while studying at university.
Responsibilities:

- Sell Russian souvenirs
