SUMAB R400 Automatic Block Production Line for Paving Slabs, Curbs, and Other Products (Sweden).

The Sumab R-400 vibratory press can be used to produce various types of concrete products, such as paving slabs, blocks (hollow, insulating, etc.), curbs, paving stones, chimney elements, with an additional layer of paint and hard surface, and more.
The equipment is available in basic, semi-automatic, and automatic versions.

Hydraulic equipment.
A 270-liter hydraulic oil tank is located separately from the machine. The pumps and motor are located on the side of the tank. There's also a filter with a dirt indicator, oil level indicator, and optional oil cooling.

Maximum pressure 170 bar.

All solenoid valves are standard and can be replaced with CETOP if the machine is equipped with a PLC control system. Pressure regulators for all machine components are hydraulically driven.

Made of specially tempered hardened steel, milled and polished by an automatic machine, the surface is heat-treated.
Achieved a hardness of approximately 60/62 HRC with a 0.5/0.8 mm depth.

Machine-controlled tempering of each steel.
Plates, supports, and other parts are made of Fe 430.

A wide range of optional equipment is available, allowing for the production of a wide variety of products.
