BFW Pressure Water Separators

Bold Compressor water separators are for the discharge of water droplets and particles contained in compressed air and gases. Bold Compressor-specific design, wastes are discharged at a very low pressure level without creating continuous centrifugal force, thus providing maximum energy savings.

Bold Compressor aluminum body water separators are available in a wide range of products with connection diameters of 1/4 "- 3" and flow rates up to 2200 m3 / h (1294 scfm).

Even though they are highly effective, the water separators do not receive 100% of the oil from the air. For this reason, filters must be used to separate the remaining oil and water particles.

Note: Automatic evacuation is standard on products. All products inside and outside are painted with electrostatic powder paint.

Flanged Water separator
Bold Compressor flange type water separators are designed for the discharge of water droplets and particles in compressed air and gases. The unique design of Bold Compressor creates uninterrupted centrifugal force to release the required relief with a very low pressure difference.

This ensures maximum energy savings.

Bold Compressor flanged water separators are available in a wide range of flange connection diameters from DN80 PN16 to DN200 and up to 14000 m3 / h (8236 scfm). (If you need larger dimensions, please contact MVS Machinery team.)

Although this product is highly efficient, it does not completely separate the moisture from the air. In addition to this product, water, oil and particle separator filters and air dryers must also be used in the system.
